About billing
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and pay by UPI AutoPay or card, monthly or yearly. If you do not, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, read everything and export everything. Nothing is deleted.
What counts as an active client?
A client marked active in your client list. Clients you mark inactive — a business that closed, an individual who moved to another CA — keep their history and do not count.
What if we grow past our plan?
You are told at 80% of a limit. At the limit you can still work on every client you have; adding new clients waits until you move up a plan. Reading and export are never blocked.
Is GST extra?
No. Every price includes GST, so nothing is added at the end. Your invoice from Aevantos shows the tax included in the price.
Can we change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Moving up takes effect at once; moving down at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel, and your data stays yours to export for 180 days.
What does the installation include?
Everything to get your firm running: setting up the workspace and your firm's details, importing your clients from your current records or software, your templates, training for your team, and hosting set up for your firm. It is ₹1,20,000 once, including GST, invoiced when your trial becomes a subscription — never during the trial.
